How do I add my Educator Certificate to myColorado wallet?
To add your Colorado Educator Certificate to the myColorado wallet, you need to have a myColorado account and the current version of myColorado installed on your device. If you haven't already, download the myColorado app from the App Store or on Google Play and create an account.
Be sure to check the device and system requirements to ensure device and operating system support.
To add your Educator Certificate, click on the “Colorado Department of Education Credentials” button from the myColorado wallet.
Sign in to the Colorado Online Licensing system (COOL) account by clicking the link on the screen. Then:.
Click on My Profile.
Click on Credentials in the left menu.
Scroll to and select the “Add Certificate to Wallet” button.
Accept and add the Certificate:
Accept the Certificate.
Select ‘myColorado’ from the list of installed apps.
Note that the specific order and wording of the prompts for these steps may vary depending on your device.
Your Educator Certificate will be available in the myColorado wallet.

How do I share my Educator Certificate from the myColorado wallet?
To share your Certificate, click on “Colorado Department of Education” from the myColorado wallet. From the following screen:
Select the ‘Share’ (underlined downward arrow) icon.
Select the application that you wish to use for sharing the Certificate (e.g. ‘gmail’) from the list of installed apps.
The selected app will open with the Certificate attached or embedded as a PDF.
Use the app to finish sharing.
The recipient of the Certificate will be able to verify it by clicking on the URL, which will connect them to the public COOL system and the certificate information.
Note that you can also print the Certificate using this process, by selecting a print app from the list.
Will my Certificate get updated when I get a new license, endorsement, or designation?
Your Educator Certificate will not be automatically updated if there are any changes, such as new endorsements, or licenses added or renewed.
To update your Educator Certificate you will need to sign in to your myColorado account.
Tap “Colorado Department of Education Credentials” from the wallet screen.
Select the “Update Certificate” button.
Youwill then be connected to the COOL website where you can add your current Certificate to the myColorado wallet.
The Certificate in the wallet will then be updated to the current version.
How do I remove my Educator Certificate from the myColorado wallet?
To remove your Educator Certificate, you will need to sign in to your myColorado account.
Tap “Colorado Department of Education Credentials” from the wallet screen.
Select the “Delete” icon (trash can).
Confirm that you want to remove the Certificate.
Why did my Educator Certificate disappear from the myColorado wallet?
Your Educator Certificate will remain in your wallet unless you sign out of the myColorado app. Note that simply dismissing, suspending, or closing the app is not signing out. Signing out is accomplished by selecting the “More” tab, then the “Sign out” button from the menu.
If you have signed out of the app, and your Certificate is no longer in your wallet, you can restore it by following the “How do I add my Educator Certificate to myColorado wallet?” process in the section above.
